- Printing is incomplete (print breaks, partials, etc.)
- Missing or missing inner pages, flipped over, or reversed page order
- The inner pages are folded more than 90 degrees and are creased or torn.
- The inside pages have scribbles, indelible stains, etc.
- If the cover is detached and falling off or has a crease of more than 30mm, etc.

[Not eligible for defective exchange].
- Printed blurred or darker than the product information page registered on the web (not defective due to differences in monitor and printing color)
- Ink splatter of less than 10mm inside the inner cover
- Bond drops on the cover headband area
- Creases, stamps, dents, presses, scratches less than 10mm on the corners of the inside and cover that may be caused by the process.
